Our committed team can help ease your mind and workload by leveraging our organizational skills, resources, connections, and years of expert knowledge.

Elements of Home LLC is a Licensed and Insured Provider for all MN County Waiver disability services. Additionally, we are proud members of the National Kitchen and Bath Association and Women in Construction.

Dana Tutland
Founder, Access Specialist,
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)
Dana's vast experience in accessibility, combined with her exceptional project management skills, has resulted in valuable contributions to over 300 home assessments and modification projects. Clients greatly appreciate her support, wealth of knowledge, and expertise, as well as her unwavering commitment to serving their needs. In her leisure time, Dana enjoys spending quality time with her four kids trying out new restaurants and exploring MN. She loves the outdoors and enjoys biking, hiking, and kayaking. Dana places great importance on her special bond with her mom, Sandy, whom she deeply appreciates as her biggest cheerleader. 
Nick Pedersen
Project Manager and Operations Coordinator

Nick graduated with a degree in Communications from Concordia University and adds a special touch to the Elements of Home team with his unique combo of organization skills and creativity. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and basketball, exploring the Twin Cities, and relaxing at the family cabin. Plus, he's a huge fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Twins, always showing up to root for them at home games whenever he can.

Bea the Cat
M.E.O.W. (Master of Efficient Office Work)

Bea, the official mascot of Elements of Home, provides constant companionship to the staff, along with plenty of affectionate snuggles. With her comforting presence, Bea brings warmth and joy to the workplace environment at Elements of Home.
