  • Elements of Home LLC offers Minnesota accessibility remodeling and home modification services for households across Minnesota. Our goal is to help create safe, accessible, and beautiful spaces for those with disabilities or who are differently abled. “Transforming homes, empowering lives” is both our motto and mission.

  • SERVICES

    All projects managed by Elements of Home LLC include home assessment, accessibility product and design recommendations, bid gathering by carefully selected licensed MN provider contractors and vendors, and start-to-finish project coordination. We offer a variety of home modification services for Minnesota residents that incorporate beautiful and functional accessibility design:

    • Bathrooms: curbless/low threshold/barrier-free showers; bathtub lifts, bathtub to shower renovations; walk-in tubs, adjustable shower heads; grab bars; accessible vanities; comfort-height toilets; non-slip flooring
    • Kitchens: kitchen modifications such as accessible work stations; accessible cabinet hardware; drop-down cabinet shelving; open-access wall removal
    • Home entrance accessible access: access ramps; low-threshold entry door systems, handrails, door widening; stair lifts; elevators; slip-resistant flooring; hard-surface flooring
    • Lifts: ceiling-mounted transfer lifts, vertical platform lifts
    • Sensory modifications: home monitoring technology; fences; window protection; protective padding; swing mounts; cabinet and refrigerator locks
    • Aging In Place design, remodeling, and specialty product recommendations
